"I truly thank StateFarm/Mr. Will for reaching out to me. I was with another insurance company and I was paying about 320 a month for full coverage on a brand new vehicle. Mr. Will won me over and I have a new policy plus renter’s insurance for $120 cheaper and it’s the same coverage plus renter’s insurance. Thank you Mr. Will for not giving up on me. People reach out to state-farm and save yourself some money. If I knew what I know now I would have been switch companies."

"Kelsey Kelsey Kelsey has been a gem !! Professional personal efficient and kind and also the new young lady her name starts with an A? Arianna maybe ? She was so helpful and got the issue to the right person (Kelsey) and bam! "I just spoke with Ms. Rachel (sorry if I misspelled), & her customer service was phenomenal!!!! I was trying to do a claim with claims dept & I had trouble. "My agent Alley made the experience very streamlined from beginning till end. She has called to check with me every 6 months for almost 2 years to ensure if she can provide me with a better rate and she sure did at the 4 calls! She was so determined to help and took her time with me by answering any questions I had. I asked her to keep my number and called me every 6 months at my renewal and she did! Finally she could get me the best rate that beat my previous insurance company on both cars and renter insurance!"
